StaffHG is a website name used by Staff Hub Global Incorporated. SHG uses staffhg.com for its current public policy pages; staffhubglobal.com is an SHG domain being developed for the company website.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of Staff Hub Global Incorporated (SHG) websites, online forms, and the SMS messaging program described below. They explain how to use these channels, how to stop messages, and where to get help. A separate signed agreement, statement of work, employment document, or platform agreement may govern a specific service or relationship; that agreement controls its subject matter if it conflicts with these website terms.

The sender is Staff Hub Global Incorporated. The SMS program covered by these Terms sends general conversational messages to answer field-service questions and provide support. SHG sends messages under this program only to people who have opted in through the applicable registration form. This program does not include job alerts, interview scheduling updates, promotional texts, or other message types unless SHG separately discloses and registers them and obtains the required consent.

Opting out and getting help
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to the telephone number from which you received an SHG message. SHG may send one confirmation of your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages will be sent under this program unless you sign up again. You may also contact SHG at tlaw@staffhubglobal.com or (877) 782-3388 for opt-out assistance.

4. Mobile information and privacy
SHG uses mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent data only for its own business operations and service-related communications, except as strictly required by law. SHG does not share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SHG does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose SMS registrant personal data to any external organization for any purpose, even with user consent, unless strictly required by law. Information-sharing provisions elsewhere in these Terms or the SHG Privacy Policy do not expand disclosure of mobile opt-in or SMS consent data.
SHG maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including role-based access, employee confidentiality obligations, and restrictions on vendors. 5. Intellectual property and third-party services
SHG owns or uses under license the text, graphics, logos, design, and other content on its websites. You may view and use the content for ordinary, personal or internal business evaluation of SHG services. Other copying, republication, or commercial use requires SHG permission or another applicable right.
An SHG site may link to a third-party website, job board, form, or platform. That organization controls its own service and terms. Review those terms and its privacy notice before submitting information there.
6. Availability and changes
SHG may update website content, features, and these Terms as its operations change. The effective date above identifies this version.
