Accessibility Statement

Staff Hub Global wants every visitor, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website.

Our standard

We design and build staffhubglobal.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We consider the site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and the exceptions are listed below with another way to get the same information or service.

What we’ve done

  • Keyboard access. Every link, button, form field, filter and menu can be reached and used with a keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link is the first stop on every page, and focus is always visible.
  • Screen reader structure. Pages use landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), one main heading and headings in order. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers, and the current page is announced in the menu.
  • Text alternatives. Photos have descriptions. The case study stat panels are read out in full, including every figure.
  • Color contrast. Text meets the WCAG AA contrast minimum of 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text), including text over the Atlanta skyline headers.
  • Motion. The homepage intro can be skipped or replayed. Background motion stops within five seconds. Visitors whose devices ask for reduced motion see no animation.
  • Forms. Every field has a label. Required fields are marked. Errors are announced, the first problem field receives focus, and confirmation messages are announced.
  • Zoom and reflow. Pages work at 200% and 400% zoom and on phone screens without scrolling sideways.
  • Touch targets. Buttons, links and checkboxes are at least 24 by 24 pixels, or spaced so they are easy to tap.

Known limitations

These areas of the site cannot fully adapt to every need yet. Each one has an alternative.

  • Blog and Case Studies — reading form. After a set time or scroll point, these pages ask for your name and business email, and agreement to our Terms and Privacy Policy, before you can keep reading. The form works with a keyboard and screen reader, and the site menu stays available. If you can’t or prefer not to use it, contact us and we’ll send the article or case study another way.
  • Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Request Service and the case study report form use Cloudflare’s security check, a third-party service we don’t control. It is designed to be accessible and usually runs without any action from you. If it blocks you, call or email us instead.
  • Case Studies — Direct Engagement graphic. The engagement flow is a picture. Its meaning is given in its description: clients can work directly with Staff Hub Global instead of going through a prime contractor and subcontractor.
  • Technician and service photos with printed text. Some technician and service photos include printed process panels or labels. Their descriptions cover the scene, not every word printed in the image. Ask us for the text if you need it.
  • Case study reports and other documents. Reports and documents we send by email may not yet be fully accessible PDFs. Ask and we’ll provide an accessible version.
  • Homepage intro animation. The skyline intro plays once per visit for about three seconds, with Skip and Replay buttons, and does not play if your device asks for reduced motion. It has no flashing faster than three times per second.

How we test

We check every page with automated WCAG tests and by hand: keyboard-only use, the structure screen readers rely on, color contrast (including text over photos), 200% and 400% zoom, phone screens, and reduced-motion settings. We review the site at least once a year and whenever we add or change a page, article or case study. A review with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers is planned after launch.
