Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026 · Version 1.1 · Revised September 27, 2026

Staff Hub Global Incorporated (SHG, we, us, or our) respects your privacy. StaffHG is a website name used by SHG. This Privacy Policy explains how SHG collects, uses, protects, retains, and discloses personal information when you visit an SHG website, contact us, seek services, apply for work, or have a business or workforce relationship with us. It applies to SHG-operated pages at staffhg.com and to SHG pages at staffhubglobal.com as that site is developed.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your relationship with SHG, we may collect contact details; company and professional information; résumés, applications, work history, certifications, and references; availability and scheduling information; communications and service requests; account and website activity; work-order, time, and service-delivery records; and billing, payroll, tax, or payment information needed for a business or employment relationship. When lawful and relevant, SHG may collect identity, work-authorization, background-screening, driving, drug-screening, or credential information through an appropriate process.

SHG may receive information from clients, references, recruitment platforms, service providers, professional sources, and public sources. Our websites may collect IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, referring source, cookies, and security or performance data. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, or medical records through a general contact form unless SHG directs you to a secure method.

2. How we use information

SHG uses personal information to answer inquiries; provide staffing, workforce, field, technical, and related services; evaluate applicants and qualifications; arrange interviews, assignments, schedules, training, and work orders; manage workers, clients, vendors, and accounts; process payments and payroll; maintain security and safety; improve websites and services; prevent fraud; and meet contractual and legal obligations. We may use information for another purpose disclosed when it is collected.

3. Applicant and workforce information

An application, résumé, or professional profile does not guarantee an interview, placement, assignment, or employment. SHG may assess qualifications, contact references, conduct permitted screening, manage onboarding, and consider applicants for opportunities. When appropriate, SHG may provide relevant candidate or service-delivery information to a client, excluding mobile opt-in and SMS consent data. Any required background-report disclosures and authorizations are provided separately.

4. Cookies and website technology

SHG and its service providers may use cookies and similar technology to operate the website, remember settings, understand traffic, improve content, prevent misuse, and support permitted measurement. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect website functions. A third-party form or security service may have its own notice. Where required by law, SHG will provide applicable cookie choices.

5. SMS and telephone communications

The SHG SMS program described in the Terms and Conditions consists of general conversational messages to answer field-service questions and provide support. A person opts in by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box and submitting the applicable SHG form. SHG does not treat a general inquiry or provision of a telephone number alone as consent to additional SMS message types. Job alerts, interview scheduling updates, promotional texts, or other categories are outside this program unless separately disclosed, registered, and consented to.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the telephone number from which SHG messaged you to unsubscribe. SHG may send one confirmation; after that, no further messages will be sent under that program unless you sign up again. Reply HELP to that number for help, email tlaw@staffhubglobal.com, or call (877) 782-3388. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For the complete SMS program terms, see https://staffhg.com/terms-and-conditions.

6. Mobile data protection

SHG uses mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS consent data only for its own business operations and service-related communications, except as strictly required by law. SHG does not share that information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SHG does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose SMS registrant personal data to any external organization for any purpose, even with user consent, unless strictly required by law. Any sharing described elsewhere in this Policy excludes mobile opt-in and SMS consent data.

SHG maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include role-based access controls, employee confidentiality obligations, vendor restrictions, and security safeguards.

7. Other disclosures

For information other than mobile opt-in and SMS consent data, SHG may disclose only what is reasonably needed to provide requested services, manage client or workforce relationships, use operational service providers, complete a lawful transaction, respond to a legal requirement, prevent harm or fraud, or act on a valid direction from the individual. Operational providers may support hosting, communications, recruiting, screening, payroll, scheduling, storage, and security under appropriate restrictions. SHG does not provide customer data to third parties for their independent promotional or marketing purposes.

A merger, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction may involve disclosure of other information subject to applicable law. These provisions do not authorize disclosure of mobile opt-in or SMS consent data except where strictly required by law.

8. Sale and sharing

SHG does not sell personal information for money. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are never included in marketing, promotional, or other external information sharing, except where disclosure is strictly required by law. If an SHG website uses technology that applicable privacy law treats as a sale or sharing of other personal information, SHG will provide the required notices and choices.

9. Retention and security

SHG retains information only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active relationship, security, disputes, contractual duties, or legal recordkeeping. Retention varies by information type and applicable obligations. SHG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or ask about its use and disclosure. Some laws provide rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. SHG may verify identity and apply legal exceptions. To stop program SMS messages, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP. Contact details appear below.

11. Third-party sites and client-controlled information

An SHG website may link to an outside job board, form, platform, or other service. Its operator controls its own privacy practices. In some engagements SHG processes information under a client’s instructions; the client may be responsible for responding to requests about that information. SHG may direct a request to the organization responsible.

12. Children and international visitors

SHG’s general website and commercial services are not directed to children under 13, and SHG does not knowingly collect their information through general website forms. SHG may handle information involving minors in authorized educational or client services under applicable law and instructions. SHG primarily operates in the United States; information sent from elsewhere may be processed in the United States, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this Policy

SHG may revise this Policy as its services, technology, or legal obligations change. The version and revision date above identify the current document. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable method when required by law.
